To keep the park as clean and safe as possible, our monthly campers must abide by the below policies. If you can make a case for something that may pertain to you, give us a call. Sometimes there may be a slight exception to the rules granted.
The camper year model must be 10 years old or less.
The rate allows for 2 people. Any extra people will incur extra charges.
Absolutely no illegal activities will be tolerated in the park. This invokes automatic eviction with no warnings.
Animals must be approved beforehand. They are not to be left outside unsupervised. When outside, they are required to be on a leash.
* Searcy RV Living reserves the right to evict anyone whenever they deem necessary at their discretion.
